Mitchell, Independent Overseer of the American Red Cross Liberty Disaster Relief Fund, detailing the progress made in implementing the January 31, 2002 Liberty Disaster Relief Fund Distribution Plan. This is the second quarterly report issued and covers the period through July 31, 2002. The Liberty Disaster Relief Fund Distribution Plan was developed by the Red Cross and reviewed by Senator Mitchell. The quarterly report as well as the plan is available on the American Red Cross website at www.redcross.org.
