Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED

Class Format - Classroom ID: 05222547 The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. IMPORTANT: This training has an ONLINE portion to the class that needs to be completed BEFORE the skills session. You have enrolled in a blended learning program. There are two parts to this program. Both must be completed in order to receive certification. After registering you will receive an automated email giving you directions on how to access and complete the online portion of the program. Please follow these directions 1) Access the online/web-based portion of the class. 2)Successfullycomplete the online program, including the assessment with a score of 80% or better. 3) Print a copy of the Course Completion Certificate and bring it with you to your classroom skills session. 4) Participate and successfully demonstrate all skills required for your certification. 5) Your instructor can only issue Red Cross certifications to students who have successfully completed both part
