Those honored have increased the ability of our community to “bounce back” after a disaster. Winners have improved the capacity of the region to withstand, quickly adapt and successfully recover from a disaster by improving the community’s response:
Whether natural or man-made, thanks to these efforts, the St. Louis area is better able to recover in a healthy and timely manner.
The awards will highlight best practices in building community preparedness and resiliency. Examples might include:
If you would like to nominate a company, community organization, school, government agency, individual, etc., for an outstanding preparedness or response program, please complete the nomination form. If more information is needed, the American Red Cross Awards Committee will contact the nominee.
