Hannah Sokul Named Oswego Branch Volunteer of the Month for May
Hannah has assisted with the development of the Heroes for the American Red Cross (HARC) campaign, developed promotional materials, and helped recruit volunteers.

Hannah Sokol, of Endicott, was named the American Red Cross Oswego Branch Dunkin’ Donuts Volunteer of the Month for May.

Hannah, a Red Cross volunteer for four months, has also volunteered for AmeriCorps and Adopt-A-Grandparent, and she went to Louisiana on an alternative spring break to help rebuild New Orleans.

While working in the Oswego Branch, Hannah has assisted with the development of the Heroes for the American Red Cross (HARC) campaign, developed promotional materials, and helped recruit volunteers. She has also created flyers, wrote press releases, and created a brochure for the HARC Campaign.

Hannah is studying public relations at SUNY Oswego and she’s scheduled to graduate next May. Hannah has spent the last year as Vice President of the Oswego Chapter of the American Marketing Association, and she has been appointed president for the next school year. Hannah is also a member of the PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America) club.
