The American Red Cross is assisting a family of three, two adults and one child in Cloquet, following damage sustained as a result of car going off the road and hitting their home. The Red Cross helps provide disaster relief for immediate recovery needs, such as shelter, clothing, food, and emotional support.
“Whether it is a fallen tree or a wayward that car significantly damages your home, the result can be just as traumatic for all involved,” said Megan Mrozek, Emergency Services Director for the American Red Cross Northern Minnesota Region. “The Red Cross is here to help neighbors in need.”
People can help those affected by this and similar disasters by making a donation to support American Red Cross Disaster Relief. Financial gifts enable the Red Cross to prepare for and provide shelter, food, emotional support and other assistance in response to disasters. Visit redcross.org/northmn or call 1-800-RED-CROSS.
