Tippecanoe County Red Cross to host 13th Annual Golf Tournament

The Tippecanoe County Chapter of the American Red Cross is hosting their 13th Annual Golf Tournament. This event is raising funds for their annual HEROES campaign, where the goal is set at $80,000 for local services. All proceeds will benefit the Tippecanoe County Chapter of the American Red Cross, serving Tippecanoe, Benton, Carroll and White Counties. Services provided to the community include: free disaster relief and education, supporting military families, lifesaving blood, and health & safety training.

The golf tournament will be held on Wednesday, May 1st at the Pine View Golf Course in Monticello. Registration and lunch begins at 12:00pm and teams will tee off at 1:00 pm. The tournament will feature a silent auction, raffle, golf ball drop by a helicopter and a chance to win a 2013 Chrysler 300, provided by Hendrickson Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Golf ball drop tickets are on sale now for $5.00.

Teams are still needed. An individual golfer is $50.00 and a four person team is $200. There are also opportunities to sponsor the tournament. Sponsorship levels vary from $50 to $1500. Please contact Jennifer Edwards for more information about sponsorships: jennifer.edwards@redcross.org
