DONATED DOLLARS HELP FAMILIES ACROSS ILLINOIS

Red Cross volunteers have been on the ground helping disaster victims since the tornado struck, and we will help them until their recovery is complete. People and businesses have reached out with unprecedented generosity. Their gifts ensure that the Red Cross can assist the tornado victims now and through the long months of their recovery. We know, from experience, that every phase of disaster recovery is critical and costly.

The Red Cross always honors donor intent, and donations that are designated for the tornadoes will stay here to help people affected by the tornadoes and storms in Illinois. Any designated donations beyond what is needed for immediate emergency relief will serve the longer term recovery needs of those in the affected communities.
