Whether it is saving a life, or enriching and transforming lives, every one of the people we highlight are true heroes.

The Cape Cod and Islands Heroes Breakfast brings together more than 500 individuals, community leaders, business owners, family and friends to celebrate the heroes among us.

We are proud to showcase how lives are changed by these heroes in a variety of ways through the acts of selfless heroics either in a moment, or over years of service to our community. Whether it is saving a life, or enriching and transforming lives, every one of the people we highlight are true heroes.
