Here's Governor Bullock's letter praising American Red Cross of Montana volunteers as the heroes they are:
March 13, 2014
I am pleased to recognize March as “American Red Cross Month” in the state of Montana.
The American Red Cross works every day to save lives, help our neighbors and make a difference in their communities. When tragedy strikes, the American Red Cross is on the frontlines, shoulder to shoulder with first responders, giving blood, providing lifesaving first aid and comforting disaster victims.
I appreciate these heroes who serve year round preparing and educating the public about emergency situations. Thank you for your hard work in our state and I encourage Montanans to acknowledge March 2014 as “American Red Cross Month.”
