Red Cross Office In Utica Closed Temporarily For Repairs

The American Red Cross of the Mohawk Valley office at 1415 Genesee St., Utica, will be closed temporarily for repairs, Community Executive Jennifer Balog announced today.

Utica residents who need to meet with Red Cross staff members or volunteers should visit the Red Cross’ Rome office at 139 W. Dominick St., Rome, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Residents with questions about Red Cross services can also call the Rome office at (315) 336-0030 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause Utica residents and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we make the needed repairs to our Genesee Street office,” Balog said. “We want residents to know that we’re still here in the community and you’re welcome to call or visit or Rome office if you need us.”

The Red Cross will notify the public as soon as the Utica office reopens.
