Red Cross To Open Shelter in Jackson, Wyoming

I would like to thank all the Teton County Red Cross Volunteers for their hard work and dedication.

Jackson, Wyo. – 8:30 a.m., April 12, 2014 – The American Red Cross of Wyoming continues to work closely with Teton County Emergency Management and other community partners to assure that any needs of the residents that were ordered to evacuate due to instability of the hillside around Budge Drive in Jackson, Wyo. are taken care of.

Red Cross is currently are providing 18 hotel rooms for displaced landslide residents, and will be opening a shelter on Sunday at 6pm at the Teton County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall at 305 Snow King in Jackson. Shelter residents will be able to access information and services available to them while they are staying at the shelter.
