The American Red Cross Silicon Valley Chapter relies on volunteers to fulfill our mission of providing care and comfort to those in need. We serve to relieve human suffering by preventing, preparing for, and responding to emergencies. Red Cross "everyday heroes" come from all walks of life. Young, old, and in-between, everyone has something special to offers including you. Neighbor helping neighbor is the core of what the Red Cross is about. General Adult Volunteers
Looking to volunteer on a regular basis? A variety of opportunities are available for you to join us daily, weekly or monthly.
Corporate Volunteers
Train teams of your employees as disaster relief volunteers and commit to making these group members available for major local disasters, such as large scale flooding and significant power outages.
Youth Volunteers & Services
Volunteers aged 15 - 17 are encouraged to become part of our Youth Program, which offers meaningful opportunities for education, training and community service.
