The Red Cross of Northeast Ohio Region provides emergency and recovery relief for victims of single home fires, floods, tornados and other man-made and natural disasters — 24-hours a day, 365 days-a-year.

Service to the Armed Forces

Service to the Armed Forces

The American Red Cross provides around-the-clock emergency communications between members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their loved ones. Red Cross assistance is required to verify family emergencies that require the presence of the service member. We also provide family counseling, and social service referrals.

International Services

Our International Tracing Services can help families who are separated by armed conflict or disaster a way to restore contact. These services include locating missing loved ones, exchanging family messages and securing travel documents from the International Committee of the Red Cross to reunite separated family members.

Nurse Assistant Training Program

Nurse Assistant Training Program

The Red Cross Nurse Assistant Training Program helps students learn skills that will enable nursing assistants to provide quality care for residents in nursing homes, as well as supplemental information and skills that will enable graduates to provide quality health care for clients at home and patients in hospitals.
