Local Programs

Across the Region we serve 22 counties and their 4.5 million residents through local programs, campaigns and events. These include:

Fire Preparedness Campaign

Operation Save-A-Life

The Red Cross has launched an initiative that aims to reduce deaths and injuries caused by home fires by 25% in five years with Operation Save-A-Life. We ask every household in America to join us in taking two simple steps that can save lives: checking or installing smoke alarms and practicing fire drills at home.

Festival of Trees

Festival of Trees

Since 1990, the Red Cross Festival of Trees has been the perfect kick off to the holiday season in downtown Wooster, OH. Local artisans and decorators donate beautiful holiday trees, wreaths, swags and centerpieces which are then auctioned off with the proceeds benefiting local Red Cross services.

Red Cross Cup
