The overall aim of the program is to attract a pool of diverse, skilled, enthusiastic young professionals and provide them with an opportunity to build a long-term, substantive relationship with the American Red Cross.
As part of the largest humanitarian network in the world, Red Cross Clubs give you a way to put your latest, skills and passion to work for a greater purpose
In a Red Cross Club, you'll work closely with local Red Cross chapters, engaging in projects that address some of our country's and world's greatest needs including preparing your community for disasters and hosting lifesaving blood drives. You will create, plan and participate in services projects that will help your school, your community and make an impact around the globe.
Red Cross Clubs also offer many opportunities for self-development, and empower you to build critical leadership skills. And of course, Red Cross Clubs can be a fun, energetic experience that expand your social network. You many find yourself building life-long friendships as you connect with other young volunteers who have the same passion for helping people as you do!
Join your school's Red Cross Club today! If your school doesn't already have a Red Cross Club, why not start one yourself? Our handy checklist will help you get your club up and running. For more information contact your local chapter.
