Each day people lose their homes due to fires, floods, earthquakes and other disasters. The Camden & Burlington Red Cross responds to about 300 local disasters annually. We are there when you need us with food, shelter and emotional assistance. We also help people of all ages prepare for disasters through programs like the Fire Safety House which teaches children how to cope if they are caught in a fire.
The American Red Cross Pillowcase Project is a free interactive preparedness program designed for youth ages 8 to 11. The program aims to increase awareness and understanding of natural hazards, teach safety and emotional coping skills, as well as the importance of personal preparedness.
You can donate blood everyday at the Camden and Burlington Red Cross at our Blood Donation Center located at: 5425 Route 70 West in Pennsauken, N.J. Walk-ins welcome!

The Red Cross is committed to helping our military and their families all over the world, everyday with emergency communication, financial assistance and emotional support. Here in the South Jersey Region, we are particularly proud of our efforts at the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.
The Red Cross has been the go-to source for more than a century for people who want to learn how to prepare for emergencies and gain lifesaving skills in CPR, First Aid, babysitting and lifeguarding. We also help seniors in your community prepare for emergencies at home by giving them easy access to America's most trusted medical alert service, Lifeline.
