Locally, the majority of local Red Cross disasters are residential fires. The chapter responds to a home fire once every three days, on average, with the help of our Red Cross Disaster Action Team (DAT) volunteers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your donations go far to help our community recover from everyday disasters.
