This system allows remote access to electronic mail from the Internet. For those sites at Headquarters and on the Red Cross WAN, sessions are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer encryption, or SSL. When you are reading your mail, you will notice a closed padlock symbol, indicating that your mail is being encrypted for your protection.

This system is for American Red Cross business use only. Unauthorized use is prohibited. This system and any communication conducted from it may be monitored and recorded at any time. For more information on the American Red Cross communication systems policy, refer to Section 607 of the Human Resources Policy and Procedures Manual.


The Red Cross uses the Office 365 email platform. You must use your new email address (firstname.lastname@redcross.org) when prompted for a username.
