When disaster strikes, relief cannot wait. Families need shelter, food, water, health services and emotional support. They need the American Red Cross.
The American Red Cross of Central California is proud to introduce Shelter of Hope, a campaign to raise funds and awareness to support disaster relief. From devastating home fires, to wildfires, to floods, and more, your local Red Cross is there to provide shelter, comfort and hope.
Shelter of Hope will take place in Fresno on October 19 from 10am-5pm at the River Park Shopping Center, just west of the cinemas.
Our volunteers and staff will be on-hand to discuss our many lines of services and programs available to our community, both in “gray skies” (times of disaster), and “blue skies” (times of preparedness when disasters are not occurring).
Tune in to CBS-47 and KSEE-24 between Saturday, October 13 and Friday, October 19 as they broadcast various segments supporting our count-down to Shelter of Hope.
Your generosity will provide care and compassion for families in need throughout our region. Donations enable the Red Cross to respond quickly and efficiently whenever help, hugs, and hope are needed. When disaster strikes, we are there to provide a Shelter of Hope.
Thank you to our 2018 Shelter of Hope Partners!
