The American Red Cross of Chicago & Northern Illinois is pleased to announce today the appointment of Frank Clark III to the organization’s Board of Directors.
Clark is the chairman and managing partner for Centurion Enterprises Group, LLC. He is responsible for the firm’s portfolio company strategy, driving supply chain and logistics optimization strategies, and growth initiatives. Clark has over twenty years of leadership in operations, private equity, and business development.
Prior to joining Centurion Enterprises Group in 2007, Clark has held numerous positions including SVP and head of corporate strategy of Hoshizaki America, corporate vice president of RR Donnelley, and senior client partner with Hewlett Packard.
Clark holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Stuart School of Business. He also sits on the boards of other organizations including the Illinois Institute of Technology, University of Chicago Medical Center, Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago and Compass.

The volunteer board includes more than 30 civic and corporate leaders from a range of professional backgrounds for the region that serves 9.5 million people in 21 counties in northern Illinois.
