Join the American Red Cross of Northeastern New York in celebrating ordinary people who perform extraordinary lifesaving acts. Many of these people go unrecognized for their service and bravery. They do not need to be Red Cross volunteers or have Red Cross training.
Nominees submitted here will be considered for recognition at the Real Heroes Breakfast to be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy, NY.

- Nominee must live, work or attend school in one of the 9 counties served by the American Red Cross of Northeastern New York.
- The heroic act must have occurred on or after January 1, 2018.
- Nominee (or family representative if deceased or on active duty) must be available for promotional opportunities related to the Real Heroes Breakfast on October 30, 2018.
