My Red Cross Orientation

Eligibility: All regular employees scheduled to work 20+ hours per week.

Medical Plans: Two Cigna consumer-directed health plans (CDHPs) and two Cigna PPOs (Kaiser HMOs available in some regions).

 

All Cigna Plans Feature:

  • A deductible, coinsurance (coverage shared by you and the Red Cross) and an out-of-pocket maximum.
  • After you have made progress toward specific wellness goals, the Red Cross will deposit money into an account to help pay for your out-of-pocket expenses.
  • In-network and out-of-network coverage.
  • Preventive care that is covered at 100 percent.
  • Prescription drug plan provided by Cigna.
  • MDLIVE Telemedicine: the option to consult with board certified internal medicine, family practice and pediatric physicians via online video, telephone, or email.
