Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Training I really enjoyed and got a lot out of this course. I absolutely think it is valuable and worth taking. What I didn't like was the initial website where the course is launched from. I found this site difficult to navigate and not very user friendly. Also, due to my schedule, it took me a couple of weeks, and multiple logins, to finish the course. I realized at the end that I only had two more logins before I ran out. I think it should say something about the number of logins you get before you start the class. When I finished the class, I purchased a first aid kit from the Red Cross website which had a significantly lower price than Amazon for the same kit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Informative - Highly Recommend I am expecting two grandchildren within five weeks of each other and thought this course sounded like it would be a great "refresher". I was not disappointed. I took the course on my IPad and don't know if that made a difference or not but I had to go back and retake a few of "houses" over again even though I had completed them already. That was a bit frustrating but otherwise I was extremely happy with the course and felt it was well worth the money. I felt it was very well done and also informative. So happy I took it. Also printed out some paperwork from the "tools" section for emergency information, etc. Can't recommend this course enough..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great information, difficult website While I feel that the course prepared me well to begin childcare, it was very difficult to complete this program because of their website. I liked that there was information learned and then situational activities to apply the new information, butI had a lot of trouble both launching the program because it is very unclear how to do so (it ended up being a small link in a place I wouldn't think to look) and they did not make it clear that your certificate would be emailed to you, so I spent a long time trying to figure out how to get my certificate before seeing it in my inbox. It is a good course, but I think that the Red Cross should seriously consider making their website more clear.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not really impressed I decided to take this class because I want to start a baby sitting career during my high school years. For an "advanced" class this was pretty easy. I did read the reviews before purchasing but I just thought these people had training before and they personally found it easy. After buying for that price I do regret it. The printable certificate does not look like something someone could just print out like others say because of the code in the bottom right. I wouldn't say it was a total loss. At first, I knew nothing about babysitting but now I know what to do in case of common kid emergencies. I feel like I did not get what an advanced class should offer though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I expected, still okay. I did this some time ago in order to help improve my resume as a babysitter. This isn't the rough course with testing and questions like I thought it was. It's a 3d game with less than impressive graphics. It was informative, and helpful, however: despite it's less than professional feel. I do wish that some sort of certificate was given to you as a sign of completing the course; but a home-made looking poster you could print out and sign was the only thing that you receive as proof. All and all it was helpful, but not satisfying considering the money spent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very useful information I think this was a great course and I learnt a few things when it comes to dealing with children. I wish there were more info when it comes to dealing with children with special needs, as this is very important. Also I wish the website was more "user friendly" I had a hard time finding the "launch" button. The certificate on the other hand is very BASIC. Nothing special about it..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really informative and fun! This was a really fun course to take, I learned a lot, and I feel much more prepared to babysit now. I really enjoyed the the whole thing, and I would definitely recommend this to a friend. I am 14 years old, and I thought that it would be very boring, but I was wrong. There was a test at the end, which I really liked. You could also print out information sheets which was very helpful.
