Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very thorough and interesting By far, the best BLS course I've attended. Sarita Wilson, the instructor, was very knowledgeable. She laid out the points so clearly and thoroughly. Ama person who takes notes and goes over the theory stuff over many times to understand and learn something. I never took notes in this class. Just listened to the instructor and that's all was enough to re-learn the entire thing. 9 am to 3 pm just flew by. The practical sessions were very helpful, especially problem solving real emergency case scenarios. 100% recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BLS training in San Bernardino I’m not one to write reviews, often times I’m pretty sympathetic and understanding, so I don’t like the idea of my opinion ruining someone else’s hard work. Unfortunately today’s BLS class was the worst cpr training class I’ve ever taken. Our instructor was not efficient, he often strayed off topic and talked about things that were not part of the curriculum. He was not good or clear at giving instructions, nor was he good at giving feed back. I’ve taken many CPR classes, the lectures are concise and to the point, the instructors emphasize what will be tested, and most everyone passes the course. This class was nothing like the other ones that I’ve taken. Also, 9-3 should be more than enough time to teach cpr. Most of the cpr classes I’ve taken have actually ended before the designated time, and I’ve walked away with ample knowledge on the topic. For some reason, this instructor wasn’t able to even finish the course in the 6 hours of alloted time. Horrible experience. Won’t be doing this with the Red Cross again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I paid for a class at this site. I arrived early for the hands on portion on the class.. when I there I was the only person there. The class was cancelled and I never received an email telephone call or anything. Called the 1-800... number, I spoke with Kiera who was very helpful and gave me an explanation as to why the class was cancelled. She transferred me to Mary who sent me an email of cancellation as per my request as we were speaking to my email. Then when I asked for my money back I was told it would take 3-5 days to receive my refund. And that I would have to retake the online material again and re-register for the class. I explained to Mary how unprofessional this behavior is and the lack of communication to their customers were Horrible. I had to take off from work today and I. The middle of the conversation I had Kiera and Mary on loud speaker so the whole front office heard the whole conversation she hung the telephone up on me in mid sentence.. so what should I do now. After I paid for a course, took the online blended portion of it and passed the online course, I have a certificate for half the course and was told that I would have to register for something I already paid for and pass! Just to not have obtained my certificate from the American Red Cross for my effort.. Very Bad Bussiness!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BASIC LIFE SUPPORT FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS I have been a nurse for over 20 years. This course was the best ever. The instructor, Jane Mead, made us practice and practice until we could perform the skill correctly. She was my best instructor yet. I left the class with the skills I need to participate or handle an emergency.
