Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good Content, Could not sumbit exam! So I must admit the contact was good, it covered a lot of material all of which was useful and presented in a clear manner. No complaint on the actual substance, however after completing the 4 hour training and final exam after I was not able to submit the exam! I took the exam a 2nd time on a different computer and browser.. nothing... I called and they had no record of me taking the exam!! I had to take the exam a third time over the phone, this phone call was over 1 hour in length while trying to figure out what was going on... So overall I would recommend the course but you should hope that what ever is wrong with the system has been fixed so you do not need to go through what I did.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Convenient Course- but a few glitches I loved that this course was online and easy to understand, interactive, and relevant. However, I did have a few problems with the interactive parts of the lesson, specifically the drag and drop portions of the course. I tried multiple computers and multiple internet connections to try to fix the problem, but it didn't work. Finally, after calling tech support (who were very helpful and patient!) I was able to complete the course. I only wish that there was a simpler version of the course I could take online if the current course wasn't working correctly. It was frustrating because I knew the answer I needed to submit, but the program wasn't allowing it. Hopefully future courses run smoother.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great course until the final exam wouldn't submit! I loved the course and it offered a lot of great ideas. However, I've been trying to complete it for over a month, have gone through the entire course over 20+ times, taken the final exam more times than I can count and every single time, the SUBMIT button at the end won't go anywhere! Then when I log in to try again, it takes me back to lesson 2 each time! When I called support, they told me I have to actually watch the videos and that it shows I have spent under 1 minute each time I've logged in! Really?! Do they think I'd waste that much time doing that! I told them there is a glitch, but they just told me to reset my cookies! I've tried on 4 different computers in 3 browsers!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Glitchy and ARC Support Had No Solutions It took four computers with 3 different operating systems to finally get through the material. Each time I had to switch computers I had to repeat the content. All in all, it was a very frustrating experience. When I called ARC Support, they didn't seem to have any plan to address the technical concerns, they just said "Try a different computer"

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good info - lots of technical issues during course The info was great. Glad I took it. Plan to require all my staff take it as well. Frustrated by the technical issues with during the course. Had to take the final exam 3 different times because the "Submit Exam" button at the end quit working. Eventually the ARC took care of the problem, but it doubled my time invested in the course. I'm hope they have corrected this issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Course was great - Computer program sucked I loved the actual course. It provided a lot of helpful information and I thought it was very well organized. However, the submit button on the final exam does not work and takes forever to get fixed. The videos often glitched. The sound kept cutting out. So basically, you have to have general knowledge of how a computer works and a lot of time and patience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective content I took the course on March 18 2016 from my work computer. The videos were brief and effective. I have to change some sort of setting (pop-up enabling or ActiveX control) to do the cursor moving demo activity, but luckily there was a coworker who figured that out for me so I was able to continue with the course. I did not get the prompt to call to request an injector. I was able to take notes on a chrono pad but wish there was a way to take notes on side of course that I could then save as a file or email to myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lifeguard Instructor Course I recommend that if you take this course, take it with Streamline Health. Amy and Jason were very thorough and efficient. I learned a lot in the short time I was there. If you are interested in taking this type of course, make sure you take it from someone that won't let you walk about without feeling confident in what it is you are doing.
