Rated 1 out of 5 by from Most Frustrating online class I have ever taken I completed all modules of this class and when I went back to take the test it indicated that I did not have 100% completion on the modules. I had to go through the modules multiple times to get to the 100%, which meant taking the quizes several times. I completed the final test and passed and it still did not give me a certificate. This software does not work properly. I wasted several hours having to redo sections I had already completed!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mac users beware While the content and reason for taking this test is important. Accessing the information is a pain and very time consuming. I had to upload Firefox as my browser, something I did not want and then it's add blockers prevented me opening the page. It took a while to figure this out. It would be nice if the site worked with Safari.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dismal Experience Registration was misleading. The Saba web host is full of bugs and is very slow. The final exam marked me incorrect for an obviously correct answer -- to paraphrase: when a swimmer has an open wound, the test indicated that the best treatment is to elevate the legs 12 inches, as opposed to my answer, which was apply gauze and direct pressure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great future the course is good. but it's so hard to get on my account. I forgot my pass word and updated it. , your system can not recognized the new password right away. I have to call custom service 3 times. final some one helped me on my account, so I can start my course.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Interesting, but a little confusing Some of the test questions were quite difficult, because the answers were either all somewhat correct, or all somewhat incorrect. It forces the test taker to guess, take the least offensive answer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fine for new coaches For any swimming coach with more than three years experience this course should not be mandatory (but it is for USA swimming coaches). It's fine for new coaches, however. Material is very basic and some is repetitive with respect to other courses. The Red Cross/USA Swimming needs to develop a short refresher course that covers only new information. I understand, however, that a lot of the "required courses" are there because of some incidents in the past and training is one way to CYA .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Basic and helpful I know it says to avoid writing about customer service but Judy was so polite and helpful, she made the experience that much better.
