You’ve Graduated. What’s Next?
You’ve completed an approved nurse assistant training program. Now all that’s left is to pass the state competency exam to become a licensed or certified nurse assistant (LNA or CNA). A student who successfully passes the two written tests that are part of this exam is deemed to understand and be able to safely perform the job of an entry-level nurse’s aide.
About the Exam
The exam to become a licensed or certified nurse assistant (LNA or CNA) evaluates your knowledge, skills and abilities through a written test and a skills evaluation.
