The American Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens Online course is tailored for individuals at risk of exposure to blood and bodily fluids in their workplace. It covers essential topics including how bloodborne pathogens are spread methods to prevent exposure and steps to take if contact with infectious materials occurs. This training satisfies the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standard requirements.
This course does not meet OSHA requirements for workplace certification. Many workplaces require training delivered by an instructor to meet OSHA requirements and do not accept certificates of completion from an online-only course. If you are seeking a certificate that meets OSHA requirements enroll in our Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning Course or Instructor Led Training Course.
