Tiffany Circle National Council members oversee the strategy and direction of the Tiffany Circle and serve as ambassadors for the programs and services of the American Red Cross. The National Council is composed of up to 30 voting members, elected by the National Council to serve three-year terms. The Tiffany Circle National Council is governed by Governing Guidelines. Members of the National Council must be at least a second year Tiffany Circle member in good standing, having made an annual gift to the American Red Cross of $10,000 or more.
The National Council meets face-to-face three times a year, including a meeting following the Summit each year. Each member belongs to a committee of the Council. Members must apply to be considered for Council membership through a nomination process. For an application please contact NHQ or your local Tiffany staff.
