The American Red Cross is helping families prepare for home fires through the Home Fire Campaign. During a free home visit, Red Cross volunteers will share simple steps you can take to help protect your household from fire and improve your overall emergency preparedness.

During your home visit, you may receive:

• A review of fire safety and emergency preparedness practices for your household
• Assistance creating a household emergency plan
• Educational materials and tips to help your family prepare for emergencies
• Information about local resources and services that can help you stay prepared

All visits are provided at no cost and are conducted by trained Red Cross volunteers and partners.
