The American Red Cross has a high-priority need for Blood Donor Ambassador Volunteers to continue delivering services to our communities. These volunteers welcome visitors to Red Cross facilities or blood drives and take their temperature before they enter. Visitors could include potential blood donors, clients, course participants, and Red Cross employees and volunteers. We can use your help right now!
You've come to the right place! It is through the time and care of ordinary people that we can do extraordinary things.

Attend Leadership Development Camp (LDC)
This is our most important and impactful activity of the year and the beginning part of our Leadership Capacity Building Program. LDC is a weeklong camp usually the last week in June for those in 9th 10th and 11th grade during the current school year. Participants learn leadership skills through values clarification, diversity and pushing themselves out of their comfort zone. Without a doubt this camp changes everyone who participates.
Start a Red Cross Club at Your School
Anyone can start a Red Cross Club in their High School or College. It’s a great way to practice leadership,, learn life saving techniques and involve more people in their communities in the Red Cross.
