Corporate Partnerships
Thank you for your interest in partnering with the American Red Cross. We're there...with help from hundreds of corporations. See how some of our corporate partners* are making a difference in communities large and small, from coast to coast.
Partnering with the Red Cross connects your company to an organization that is trusted to help save lives, be there in times of disaster and increase personal safety and security.
We are America's favorite charity. The favorability rating of the American Red Cross is 74 percent, for the highest favorability rating among national charities.
87 percent of Americans are likely to switch from one brand to another brand that is about the same in price and quality, if the other brand is associated with a good cause.
The Red Cross seeks to form mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships with corporations that can offer reach, revenue and support for the Red Cross brand and its organizational priorities.
For more information about how your company can partner with the Red Cross, please call 202-303-8380 or email causemarketing@usa.redcross.org.
Co-Branding

Many corporations have benefited from co-branding with the Red Cross. Co-branded promotions let your customers know that you are a good corporate citizen while increasing the reach and awareness of Red Cross programs and services.

Customer Donation Programs
Allow your customers to donate to the Red Cross by adding money to their purchase or making a cash donation at the register. It builds good will for your business and allows your customers to help provide disaster victims with food, shelter, counseling and other assistance.
Donations of Products
The Red Cross accepts sizable, bulk donations only when they meet the service delivery needs of a particular relief operation. These donations typically come from companies that can package the items in bulk, palletize them and ship them directly to the disaster site.
Employee Giving
In response to disasters, the Red Cross can work with your company to develop a workplace giving campaign. We can provide a turnkey solution for your employees to support the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund, providing information about the work of the Red Cross, an online form for contributions and tracking to report back to your headquarters. The online tool can be set up in advance of a disaster.
Employee Training and Volunteerism
Volunteers constitute 94 percent of the Red Cross workforce that carries out its humanitarian work. The Red Cross needs people of all ages with different backgrounds, talents and skill levels to be trained and ready to respond to disasters, support blood drives, teach preparedness courses, support military members and their families, serve on boards, raise funds and more. Make your corporation and community safer by offering Red Cross first aid, CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogen training to your employees.
Licensing
The Red Cross national licensing program partners with manufacturers and retailers to develop Red Cross-branded products. The licensing program allows the organization to reach consumers with Red Cross products and mission-related messages. Tap into the affinity Americans feel for the Red Cross and be a good corporate citizen through the Red Cross licensing program.
Philanthropic Investments
Companies also support the Red Cross with philanthropic investments. These funds sustain all of our services. The following are campaigns or initiatives that your corporation could support through a philanthropic investment.
- Disaster Relief Fund
- International Response Fund
