The American Red Cross of Northwest Florida is committed to educating our communities on how to prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. We are able to provide presentations on the following topics:
Presentation on Hurricane Preparedness
A Red Cross expert can provide disaster specific information to help you prepare for, prevent and respond to hurricanes. The presenter will share information about the many services provided by the Red Cross before diving into Red Cross Readiness of getting a kit, making a plan, and being informed.
Fire Safety Presentation
During this presentation, your Red Cross expert will share background information about the Red Cross and the services we provide to the four counties we serve. Following, the presenter will go speak on fire safety tips for your home and family.
Get to Know Us Before You Need Us Presentation
This presentation will familiarize members of the military and their families with Red Cross armed forces services including emergency communications and counseling.
Ready When the Time Comes Presentation
Ready When the Time Comes is a program of the American Red Cross which prepares teams of corporate employees to be ready to help in a time of a local, large-scale disaster. RWTC volunteers serve as “reserves” that can be called when disaster response requires more than the normal corps of regional volunteers. The presenter will share information about how your company or organization can participate in the RWTC program.

Learn about the important role that volunteers play in our Red Cross mission and the many opportunities available to you.
