Jade has spent most of her life in Missouri and grew up just outside of Jefferson City. She comes to the Red Cross with a deep love for people, a heart for service, and a passion for strengthening communities through connection and purpose. Her people-centered leadership is guided by the belief that lasting impact begins when we invest in one another.

For the last four years, Jade has served as Director of the Women’s Network at the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, where she created space for people to connect, grow, and lead. She built strong partnerships, developed volunteer leaders, and led community initiatives that elevated voices and strengthened local impact. Earlier in her career, she worked in foster care, therapeutic education, and faith-based service. In each role, she showed up with empathy, compassion, and a commitment to helping others thrive.

Jade’s commitment to community and service shows up in every aspect of her leadership. She understands the importance of local presence, trusted relationships, and the difference that can be made when people come together around a shared mission.
