Red Cross Continues to Provide Services in Storm Impacted Communities
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Dec. 17, 2023 - The American Red Cross managed shelter at Madison Church of Christ will close at 9 a.m., on Monday, Dec. 18. The shelter in Clarksville at Northeast High School will move at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 18 to Park Lane Church of the Nazarene at 225 Cunningham Lane in Clarksville.
Both shelters are currently open until Monday and are available to individuals and families who need assistance on Sunday, Dec. 17. The Red Cross is working closely with emergency management and government officials in the impacted areas from the Dec. 9 tornadoes.

In addition to operating the shelter, the Red Cross has been out in impacted areas providing water and snacks to those in need, and clean-up kits which include tarps, shovels, gloves and cleaning supplies.
