Chief Marketing Officer
Peggy Dyer is responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategy and plans for the organization. In her role as CMO, Dyer supports the growth and development of five Red Cross lines of business and enables more than 700 field units to leverage the Red Cross brand in local communities throughout the United States.
Prior to joining the Red Cross, Peggy was vice president of marketing growth and development for Allstate Insurance Company, where she was responsible for marketing programs that drove profitable growth for Allstate Protection.
She has more than 20 years of marketing and brand management experience while serving as CMO for Citibanking North America, and in senior marketing and operating roles at Sara Lee Corporation's Champion Products Division, the Quaker Oats Company's Gatorade Brand and Ralston Purina.
