Annual Partnership Opportunities
Your donation powers the Red Cross to provide compassionate care to those in need, for those down the street, across the country and around the world. Annual Disaster Giving Program (ADGP) and Disaster Responder Program
Each year, the American Red Cross immediately responds to nearly 66,000 disasters around the country— from home fires to tornadoes and severe winter weather, hurricanes and floods to transportation accidents and explosions. The Red Cross not only provides food, shelter and clothing, but also offers comfort and care to help those affected by disaster during their time of greatest need. Members of our Annual Disaster Giving Program (ADGP) and Disaster Responder Program pre-invest in disaster relief, ensuring the Red Cross can pre-position supplies, secure shelters, maintain vehicles and train volunteers nationwide, so we’re always ready to respond, day and night. This support also means we can remain on hand to assist people as they recover and help become better prepared for the next disaster.

Donors that commit $250,000 or more annually to Red Cross Disaster Relief are recognized as Annual Disaster Giving Program (ADGP) or Disaster Responder Program members, based on their giving level, and receive significant access to Red Cross benefits, information and decision-makers.   • Home Fire Campaign Partnerships
    No one is immune to home fires. They can strike you, your loved ones, neighbors and colleagues – any one of us at any time. In fact, every eight minutes, the American Red Cross responds to a devastating home fire or other disaster. Through our Home Fire Preparedness Campaign, the Red Cross and our partners are aiming to reduce deaths and injuries caused by home fires by 25 percent over the next five years. We are asking every household in America to join us in taking two simple steps that can prevent home fires and save lives: test your smoke alarms monthly, and practice fire drills at home

    Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) Giving Program
    Every day across America, men and women answer our nation’s call to military service. Wherever these military members are, they have one thing in common—they know they can turn to the Red Cross for help. As the nation’s longest standing organization serving America’s military families, we are uniquely equipped with a global network of thousands of volunteers and employees to support the military 365 days a year through emergency communications, training, support to ill and injured service members and veterans, and access to community resources. Members of our SAF Giving Program stand with the Red Cross as we help military members, veterans and their families prepare for, cope with, and respond to the challenges of military service.

    None of us can erase the unique challenges that military members, veterans and their families face, but we can ensure that they never face them alone. Donors that commit $250,000 or more annually to Red Cross Service to Armed Forces are recognized as SAF Giving Program members and receive high levels of recognition in channels that reach military members and the general public.     Every two seconds, someone in America needs blood. Each day, the American Red Cross is helping to save lives by meeting this ongoing need in communities across the country–providing lifesaving blood and blood products to thousands of individuals who need it to survive: cancer patients receiving chemotherapy, surgery patients, accident victims and mothers giving birth. The support of our Blood Services partners ensures that the Red Cross can continue to provide lifesaving blood and blood products to those in need by providing the safest and most reliable blood to those who need it.

    A single blood donation can save up to three lives. Stand with the American Red Cross as we save lives and help us meet our nation’s current and future blood supply needs.     Every day, the American Red Cross is there in communities across the country to assist people who face emergencies. We secure food and lodging for the family struck by a home fire. We help a deployed soldier get home for the birth of his son. We provide blood to the child battling cancer.     Holiday Campaign
    People want to give back during the holiday season.     Giving Day
    On April 21, 2016, we will celebrate our second annual Giving Day. On this day, thousands of people across the country will come together to support the critical work of the American Red Cross by making a financial donation to ensure that their neighbors and community would not be alone when something unexpected happens and leaves them with nowhere to turn.

    Home Fire Special Promotion
    Every 8 minutes, the Red Cross responds to a disaster, the vast majority of which are home fires. During three months—January, April and October 2016—the Red Cross will spotlight our signature Home Fire Campaign, which aims to install alarms and saving lives in some of the nation’s most at-risk communities. You can sponsor one of these months and receive premiere visibility, exclusive to these special promotions, while helping fight people’s biggest disaster threat.
