During this holiday season, please give something that means something.
Please support the American Red Cross 2015 Holiday Giving Campaign and give a gift of support, strength and hope to someone who needs it while honoring someone in your life. Flip through the 2015 Holiday Gift Catalog and purchase symbolic presents for people on your gift list.
At least 27 people are alive today, thanks to the Red Cross Home Fire Campaign, a nationwide effort spearheaded by the Red Cross to save lives and reduce injuries from home fires. More than 63,000 families are safer thanks to the smoke alarms and safety education they received in their homes from Red Cross volunteers, firefighters and other community partners. And more than 311,000 children have learned to be safer in emergencies from Red Cross volunteers and apps.
Home fires are the biggest disaster threat we face in this country. Your gift of $15 can help purchase a smoke alarm for this effort. Or you can help buy six smoke alarms for as little as $90.
The 2015 Holiday Gift Catalog offers a way for you to give a symbolic gift in honor of a friend, colleague, client or loved one this holiday season. Just select a symbolic gift from the Red Cross Holiday Giving Catalog and your tax-deductible donation goes to support a Red Cross program.
Gifts made through the catalog are contributions toward a Red Cross program area and will be used within the program area where it is needed most. A donation may not be used for a specific project or item. Funds remaining will be put to use where it is needed most.
When you give something that means something, you can send a Red Cross eCard announcing your gift. Receive a token of our appreciation when you make a donation of $100 (water bottle), $200 (fleece blanket), $500 or more (first aid kit and messenger bag), while supplies last.
Give something that means something during this holiday season. Help the Red Cross support those in need here at home and around the globe.
