Linda Prall, local business owner, has been elected to serve as Chairman of the Board of the Monroe County Chapter of the American Red Cross. Linda has served on the Red Cross board since 2012 and has held position of Co-Philanthropy Chair before assuming the chairmanship this month. Linda is an IU alumni and member of BIRA, BNI, and Ellettsville & Bloomington Chambers of Commerce. She owns Kilroy’s Sports, Kilroy’s on Kirkwood, Kilroy’s Dunnkirk, KRC Banquets & Catering, and Smokin’ Jack’s Rib Shack in Bloomington.
Serving as officers with Linda this year are: Dave O’Guinn, Associate General Counsel, Office of the Vice President & General Counsel at IU, serving as Vice Chair, Chris Quackenbush, with Wells Fargo Advisors, Secretary; Donna Niese, Donna Niese State Farm, Philanthropy Chair, Jeremiah Young, Nature’s Way Landscaping, Executive Committee At-Large member, and Ben Niehoff, Andrews, Harrell, Mann, Carmin & Parker, Attorneys at Law, Immediate Past Chair. New members this year are: Brian Allman, Allman Brothers Termite & Pest Control, Andrew Clampitt, Loudmouth Marketing, Kristina Fallon, Boston Scientific, Jaimie Schwartzman, BuffaLouie’s, and Valia Simidiras, IU student representative. Currently serving board members are Jean Dayton, Netta Deckard, Karin Drummond, Kris Heeter, Patricia Kingsbury, Robert May, Katie Metz, Tom Myers, and Dayleen Ragains.
