Volunteers Will Be Honored At Annual Meeting June 1

Red Cross volunteers, including board members, and their guests are invited to join us at our 2013 Annual Meeting and Volunteer Recognition on Saturday, June 1, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. at the Arena Stage, Molly Smith Study, 1101 6th Street SW, Washington, DC 20024.

The Annual Meeting begins at 1:00 pm for the election of new board members and a fiscal year National Capital Region update. Volunteer recognition and the presentation of awards follows. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served and following the completion of the event, an optional private tour of Arena Stage will be offered. Please RSVP at

By Metro: The Waterfront station, on the Green line, is located at Waterside Mall, 4th and M Streets, one block East of Arena Stage. Due to ongoing construction, the sidewalk between 4th street and Arena Stage may be uneven.

By Car: Volunteers and their guests are invited to park in the Arena Stage garage. The entrance to the parking garage is accessible from the northbound lane of Maine Avenue. Please note that we have a limited number of spaces available inside the garage. Zoned and metered 2-hour parking is also available on 6th street, directly across from the arena. However, we strongly suggest taking Metro.
