The American Red Cross will be distributing clean up supplies for the fourth day to families that were impacted by flooding in Allamakee County, Iowa. The Red Cross distributed has distributed approximately nearly 200 clean up kits since Sunday and will continue distributing supplies today.

Governor Terry E. Branstad has issued a proclamation of disaster emergency in response to recent storms and flooding. The Governor declared a disaster in Allamakee County and has activated the Iowa Individual Assistance Program in Allamakee and Clayton counties.
