The No. 24 Chevrolet SS displayed an American Red Cross theme this week to encourage race fans to roll up their sleeves and give blood.

Thanks to a generous donation from 3M Racing and support by Jeff Gordon and Hendrick Motorsports, the No. 24 Chevrolet SS featured an American Red Cross theme at the SpongeBob SquarePants 400 at Kansas Speedway on May 9.

The paint scheme encouraged fans to roll up their sleeves and support the lifesaving mission of the Red Cross by starting a SleevesUp virtual blood drive. On the rear panel, the design recognized Dillon Low, a special blood recipient and Red Cross ambassador, who attended the race.

Jeff Gordon is also hosting a SleevesUp virtual blood drive – SleevesUp With Jeff. Individuals are encouraged to make a difference and pledge to give blood with Jeff.
