Halloween is just around the corner and the streets will be filled with ghosts and goblins, super heroes and movie legends. The celebration is growing more and more popular with everyone – kids to adults – and the American Red Cross has some safety tips people can follow to help stay safe this Halloween while enjoying the festivities.
