Two ARC of the Heartland Volunteers Deployed to New York

In an effort to support the ongoing Hurricane Sandy-related Red Cross relief operation, The American Red Cross of the Heartland has deployed two of its local volunteers to New York.

Dennis Moll of Bloomington deployed Saturday, February 2 to New York City to work in Mass Care, Feeding, and on an Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV) to serve meals to those still suffering from the storm's effects.

Additionally, Janet Bremner of Mackinaw will be deploying on Tuesday, Feb. 5 to New York City in Staffing, RPA.

Since October, the ARC of the Heartland has deployed nearly 20 of its volunteers/staff to parts of the east coast impacted by the storm.
