Two Rivers Red Cross to Offer Super Saturday Volunteer Training Course


Each year hundreds of local residents serve as Two Rivers Chapter Red Cross volunteers meeting local community needs in Montgomery, Stewart, Houston, Dickson, Benton, Humphreys and Henry Counties, in Tennessee as well as Ft. Campbell and Land Between the Lakes, KY — helping people in emergencies. The Red Cross is currently recruiting new volunteers and is offering an upcoming Super Saturday Training.

Disaster Services Overview

A basic course introducing potential disaster volunteers and members of other organizations to the possible role you would perform with the Red Cross as your community prepares for, responds to and recovers from Emergencies and disasters affecting it. You will learn how our organization works together to better serve our community.

Shelter Operations

Preparation of Red Cross volunteers, church groups and other agencies to effectively operate a shelter while meeting the needs of people displaced by a disaster.
