Red Cross Shelter Opens on Kauai

The American Red Cross has opened a shelter on Kauai at Hanalei Elementary School in Hanalei for people affected by the Flash Flooding that has closed the Hanalei bridge.

WHERE: 5-5415 Kuhio Highway, Hanalei

WHEN: The shelter opened at 2:30 PM
