Kauai Red Cross Opens Shelter for Flash Flood

Kauai Volunteers opened a shelter at Hanalei Elementary School for those affected by flooding.

The American Red Cross opened a shelter at Hanalei Elementary School at 10:30am on Friday morning for residents evacuated from their homes due to flash flooding. 

The Red Cross is not a government agency and depends on public contributions to help others. All Red Cross assistance to disaster victims is free.
