Kauai Volunteers Open Shelter Due to Flooding in Hanalei

The shelter opened at 8:30am and will remain open until the road can reopen.

The American Red Cross opened a shelter at Hanalei Elementary for residents affected by closure of the road to Hanalei due to flooding.  The shelter opened at 8:30am and will remain open until the road can reopen.
