KALAMAZOO, Mich., October 31, 2013 – The American Red Cross offers communities a chance to learn lifesaving skills and receive important training through classes taught at local chapters. At the Red Cross of the Greater Kalamazoo Area, community members now have a special chance to take advantage of these courses.
Thanks to a grant from the United Way foundation, residents can receive 30% off all Red Cross courses offered in the greater Kalamazoo area covering Kalamazoo, Allegan, Cass, St. Joseph, Calhoun, and Branch Counties. To register, call 1-800-RED-CROSS and mention the discount during checkout.
The promotion is available through February 28, 2014, and applies to online and in-person courses. Registrants can choose from a variety of courses offered by the Red Cross including:
· Adult and pediatric first aid/CPR training for lay responders and professionals
· Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training
· Babysitter's training
