“Our family is honored to be recognized as Every Day Heroes and recipients of this year’s Quinn Award. I encourage the members of our community to take advantage of the services of the American Red Cross or volunteer and become an Every Day Hero,” said Sharon Brender. “Any adult can take a variety of health and safety classes, including Adult CPR/AED training. Household members can work together on a preparedness plan. And, people can give blood or make a financial donation,” added Brender.
